“BuYum Audio” and related branding are proprietary trademarks of the Company.

Such Services rely on internet infrastructure, third-party hosting providers, bandwidth availability, hardware compatibility, and external systems.

• Error-free synchronization;
• Compatibility with all operating systems, DAWs, plugins, devices, or networks.

Performance may vary depending on user configuration and external factors beyond our control.

• THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
• THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICES.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
